This is a contract for the delivery of an estimated 14,000 net tons of specific white road salt in bulk, delivered as needed in 2,000-ton increments over a performance period from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026. All material must be delivered to 4000 Yard Building T-4021 at Fort Drum, New York, using enclosed or tarped self-unloading trailers. The government will place orders on an as-needed basis, requiring the contractor to acknowledge delivery requests within 48 hours and complete delivery within 10 business days of each order.
