This is a solicitation for a modified 40-foot standard shipping container to be built to specific specifications. The required modifications include a steel entry door, windows with security bars, a comprehensive electrical package, climate control, insulation, interior framing and paneling, and exterior paint. The container must be painted in "New Container Tan." This is a total small business set-aside.
