Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract to provide a prebuilt, four-season modular home with a screened-in porch, not exceeding 13'8" by 39'7". The building includes a fully furnished interior with kitchen, bathrooms, and specific finishes, and requires comprehensive fire protection systems designed and overseen by a qualified Fire Protection Engineer (FPE). The FPE must be a registered P.E. with specific NCEES certification and a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience. The work involves connecting to existing site utilities and installing new concrete stairs with railings.
