Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract to provide a prebuilt, four-season modular home with a screened-in porch, not exceeding 13'8" by 39'7". The work includes a detailed interior and exterior finish package, furniture, and comprehensive fire protection systems requiring design and oversight by a qualified Fire Protection Engineer (FPE). The FPE must be a registered P.E. with specific NCEES exam credentials and a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience. The project involves connecting to existing site utilities, including water, sewer, and a 50-amp electrical service.
