Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for a complete, new, factory-built 500 kW dual fuel standby generator set system with an enclosure and all necessary accessories for a complete installation. The generator must be EPA Tier 5 certified, meet specific electrical codes including NFPA 110 for Level 1 systems, and be NEMA 3R rated. Natural gas is available at the site, and no fuel tank or special offloading is required as a receiving facility and forklift are available. The contract requires single-source warranty and service responsibility through a factory-authorized representative. Any exceptions to the published specifications must be approved by the governing agency.
