Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for a complete, new, factory-built 300 kW dual-fuel standby generator set system with an enclosure and all necessary accessories for a complete installation. The system must be EPA Tier 5 certified, housed in a NEMA 3R enclosure, and include an automatic transfer switch. It must meet a comprehensive list of specific electrical and safety codes, including NFPA 110 for Level 1 emergency systems. Natural gas is available at the site, and no fuel tank or special offloading is required as a receiving facility and forklift are available. The contractor must provide single-source warranty and service responsibility through a factory-authorized representative.
