Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for a complete, factory-built 250 kW dual-fuel standby generator set with a NEMA 3R enclosure and related accessories, including an automatic transfer switch. The system must be new, meet numerous specific electrical and safety codes (including NFPA 110 Level 1 and EPA Tier 5), and come with single-source warranty and service responsibility. Natural gas is available at the site, and the receiving facility has a forklift, so no fuel tank or special offloading is required. The generator set must be suitable for a service entrance with a closed transition.
