Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for a new 2025 or 2026 model vacuum excavator trailer integrated with a sewer jetter system. The required unit must meet numerous detailed specifications for its dimensions, engine, fuel and water capacity, spoil capacity, vacuum system, boom, jetter pump, and air compressor, including specific optional features. The award includes a requirement for three copies of operator/maintenance manuals and 2-4 hours of onsite training for up to 15 operators.
