Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for a Video Bore Inspection System (VBIS) prototype to inspect 155mm cannon bores, integrating with existing government-owned laser measurement equipment. The initial prototype deliverable includes a camera scanner unit with specific side-facing and down-bore cameras, a custom umbilical cable, and an upgrade to a government-owned sensor delivery unit with 20TB of storage. All required hardware, software, and a performance report must be delivered to YPG. The performance report must also include recommendations for adapting the system for 105mm and 120mm cannons. The government will provide one LP-6000 instrument and one 155mm Self-Propelled Delivery Unit for the contractor to modify.
