Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for a medium-sized, 3,000 psig oxygen cylinder with specific technical and performance requirements. The cylinder must be a carbon fiber-wrapped, aluminum-lined composite type meeting various standards and must be tested to MIL-STD-810G for harsh environmental conditions. Required product interfaces include a specific fill port and a quick-disconnect outlet fitting.
