Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for a Special Operations Long Range Oxygen Supply system. The system must feature a medium oxygen cylinder with a fill pressure of 3,000 psig and an outlet pressure range of 40 to 50 psig. The cylinder must be a carbon fiber-wrapped, aluminum-lined composite type meeting specific DOT and other standards. It must be tested to MIL-STD-810G for operation in extreme temperatures, humidity, and altitudes up to 35,000 feet. The required product interfaces are a fill port per AN800 and a Quick Disconnect Socket outlet fitting.
