Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a procurement for new air compressors for a pneumatic HVAC system. The Department of Public Works (DPW) has identified a preferred vendor, Cummins-Wagner, due to locality and required startup services. A mandatory Buy American form must be submitted with the proposal; failure to do so will result in disqualification even for the lowest technically acceptable bid. The work location is Annapolis Junction, MD.
