The Contractor shall provide all supervision, plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all operations in connection with the painting, repainting, and removal of traffic control lines... The Contractor shall provide all supervision, plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all operations in connection with the painting, repainting, and removal of traffic control lines within the Cantonment Area of Fort Drum, New York. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications, drawings, the U.S. Department of Transportation Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.
