Provide and install access control equipment to expand existing Access Control System in Building P10000, Fort Drum, NY. The contractor shall provide access control equipment and equipment configuration, panel termination, programing, and- testing. Electrical sub-contractor shall provide power, cables, cable supports, and device installation. There will be a site visit on 12 September 2024 1000 EST. The meeting place will be Building P10000, 10th Mountain Division Drive, Fort Drum, NY 13602. The group will meet inside main door promptly at 1000 EST to view to the site. If access to the installation is required, an Application for Sponsorship (IMDR-ES Form 2) must be completed and e-mailed to cory.b.palletti2.mil@army.mil by 10 September 2024. All interested vendors will send the names and companies of those who will be in attendance by 10 September 2024. All questions shall be in writing and e-mailed to cory.b.palletti2.mil@army.mil. Questions concerning this solicitation will be accepted up to the Close of Business (4:00 PM EST) on 12 September 2024. Fort Drum does not commit to providing responses to questions submitted after this date; however, attempts to answer questions will be made. If needed a solicitation amendment will be posted by 13 September 2024.
