Award will be made using the following factors: Past Performance, Technical Acceptance, and Price. Award will be made to the lowest priced quoter that is determined to meet Technical requirements and does not have negative Past Performance. Quoters shall provide the following information when submitting quotes: Past Performance, Technical, and Price. Award will be made using the following factors: Past Performance, Technical, and Price. Award will be made to the lowest priced quoter that has met all the terms of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest quoted price based on the below factors.. Quoters shall provide the following information when submitting quotes: 1. Past Performance: The quoter shall submit with its quote at least one but not more than three recent/relevant past performance done in the past three (3) years. Information shall include Contract Number (if applicable) and point of contact for the primary customer serviced, including phone number and email address. 2. Technical: The quoter shall provide proof of certification IAW Paragraph 5.3.4. Failure to provide this information will automatically disqualify a quoter. There are no other equivalent certifications that are acceptable. 3. Price: The contractor shall quote a price for the base plus four option years, including total price/price of each option year.
