The purpose of Amendment 1 to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is to add the requirement to replace three (3) vacuum bottles for Breaker One (PWS Paragraph 5.3.1) and clarify that the Contractor shall crate the breakers for transportation. The Government will provide a forklift and driver to load the breakers onto a truck or trailer for transport. Questions are now due on Wednesday, January 25th, 2023, by 10:00 AM EST. Quotes are now due on Thursday, January 26th, 2023, by 10:00 AM EST. ___________________________________________________________________________ Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Substation Breaker Repair. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials in connection with the repair of one 15kv 2000AMP substation breaker and one 15kv 1200AMP substation breaker In Accordance With (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Breakers shall be picked up from the Government, repaired at the Contractor's facility, then delivered to the Government once repaired. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Combined synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) is attached. Returned signed CSS no later than January 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST. Award will be made to lowest priced offeror who meets all requirements of the solicitation.
