Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Oil/Water Separator Cleaning and Waste Disposal. Combined synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) is attached. Returned signed CSS no later than April 19, 2023 at 1:00 PM EST. Award will be made to lowest priced offeror who meets all requirements of the solicitation. NOTE: Per PWS Paragraph 1.1.1, approximately 25 OWS are cleaned per year, and the average volume of waste is 80,000 gallons.
