How would you like for me to submit my proposal? a. Refer to item 4 on page 1 of the solicitation. 2. Is in regards to the tractor, would it be similar to a sit down mower (John Deere, Kubota) or a pick up truck would suffice? a. Refer to ATTACHMENT 1 MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS UTILITY TRACTOR in the solicitation 3. Lastly what’s the incumbent if there is one? a. There is no current incumbent Fort Drum has a requirement to provide a tractor with snow removal accessories to 754th EOD.
