SHORT SUSPENSE Emergency Crawlspace Cleanup The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Drum, NY is seeking quotes for Crawlspace Cleanup under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 561720: Janitorial Services. The small business size standard for this industry is $19.5 million in average annual revenue. The performance work statement is attached. Please see part 5 for specific tasks. Title all emails: Crawlspace Cleanup As prescribed in FAR 52.204?7, interested parties must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) under the NAICS 561720. This can be done by accessing the Internet at (www.sam.gov). Representations and certifications must also be on record through SAMs. An up to date SAM registration is required at the time of quote. Failure to have an up to date SAM registration at the time of award and quote will disqualify you from receiving an award. In accordance with 52.212?2, Evaluation of Commercial Items (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: #1 Confirmation on ability to meet the Period of Performance and #2 Price There is no site visit scheduled at this time. Pictures are attached. This procurement is a quick turnaround and the POP is not adjustable. The successful quoter will need to provide driver's license and vehicle information immediately following notification of award. Contractor Letter 889 needs to be filled out and submitted with quote.
