Instructions are included in combined synopsis. 889 Contractor Provisions memo should be filled out and returned with quote. Provide and Deliver precast concrete blocks to Fort Drum. Blocks will be IAW American Concrete Institure Standards (ACI) and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Sizing and jointing will be IAW attached published blueprints. Quantities are in the CLIN description and provided blueprints.
