Architect-Engineering (AE) Services to conduct an Existing Building Evaluation of a 63,000 square foot facility housing the Division Chaplain offices, a sanctuary, and Child Develop Center with classrooms. Evaluation shall include a detailed inspection, inventory and condition assessment with photos of the building envelop (windows, doors, roof), lighting system, and HVAC systems, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) components for age, size, function, life expectancy. A complete heating and cooling load calculations based on current building footprint and envelope on Fort Drum, New York. Provide a Design Report with executive summary and detailed findings of existing building evaluation and recommendations for building improvements (i.e. replacement of entire systems, and specific components). Provide cost estimates and summary of recommended course of action, as well as alternate options, if applicable.
