This serves as a notice that an anticipated solicitation for Range Hood Cleaning will be posted to www.fbo.gov. and solicited orally by email The solicitation number/keyword is W911S2-19-U-RGCL The successful Contractor shall provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to perform the service of cleaning range hoods installed in 16 buildings on Fort Drum, NY. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (to be provided with the solicitation), and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be "Firm Fixed Price". As prescribed in FAR 52.204-7, interested parties must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SCOPE OF WORK: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum intends to procure Range Hood Cleaning Services located at Fort Drum, NY under a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Some of the duties include: Provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to perform Range Hood Cleaning Services on Fort Drum, NY. On a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
