The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum, NY anticipates issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a Requirements contract for painting traffic control markings located within the cantonment area at Fort Drum, NY. The Government intends to award a single contract for Traffic Control Marking within the Cantonment roads at Fort Drum, NY. The contract type will be a Requirements Contract with Fixed Unit Prices (IAW FAR 16.503 Requirements Contracts). This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, materials, and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with painting traffic control markings located in the cantonment area at Fort Drum, NY in accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed price contract with one (1), 60-month ordering period, running from approximately 01 June 2019 through 31 May 2024. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference IFB number W911S2-19-B-8001 in the subject line. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 237310 Highway Street, and Bridge Construction (public or private), with a size standard of $36 Million. The Government anticipates the total estimated cost of this Requirements Contract to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 for the 60-month ordering period. The anticipated posting date of the IFB is no sooner than 15 days after the publication of this notice. Upon release to the public, the IFB as well as any amendments will be available at the FedBizzOpps website https://www.fbo.gov/ . The IFB will specify the actual date and time for bid receipt.
