The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire follow-on to procure a maintenance agreement that consists of the furnishing of emergency response, and repair, as well as, scheduled preventative mainten... The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire follow-on to procure a maintenance agreement that consists of the furnishing of emergency response, and repair, as well as, scheduled preventative maintenance, services, labor, equipment, material, and travel necessary in maintaining the Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and peripheral equipment for designated facilities operated by Headquarters, Training and Doctrine Command (HQ TRADOC), Fort Eustis, VA. The required services described in the PWS support the Army’s UPS component in support of TRADOC, Secretary of the General Staff, located in Fort Eustis, VA. A comprehensive overarching maintenance agreement that would eliminate emergency situations faced with the system as these would be identified well before becoming problems. Also should an emergency arise a contract will be in place that can handle the problem immediately saving the government time and money. See attachments for additional information.
