This is a hybrid non-personal services and supply contract to provide the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE) with Secure Video-Teleconferencing (SVTC) lifecycle replacement and technical services. Performance will take place in Building 101 at Fort Rucker, Alabama. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services required to perform the technology refresh as described in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). Government-furnished property (GFP) and services are excluded from the contractor's responsibilities.
