This contract provides services for coordination, planning, and integration of Multi-Domain Operations, with expertise in Cyber, Space, Special Operations, Maritime, and Air domains. These services support Joint Warfighting Assessments (JWA) and PC exercises. A Joint Planning Cell will be established at Fort Bliss, TX. The contractor will supply a JPC Lead/Operations Planner and subject matter experts to assist with planning, preparation, and execution of these exercises.
