The purpose of Amendment 0008 is to:1- Confirm sample task order estimate is $3,500,000.00. 2- Provide attachment for more roof and deck insulation specifications. The purpose of Amendment 0007 is to: 1- Move solicitation closing date to 06 January 2025 at 2:00pm ET. 2- Post responses to answerable questions. 3- Provide additional informational attachments. 4- Provide updated pricing worksheet. The purpose of Amendment 0006 is to: 1- Move solicitation closing date to 23 December 2024 at 2:00pm ET 2- Confirm that PPQ due date remains 21 November 2024. PPQs previously submitted for this procurement do not need to be resent. 3- Confirm that the question due date was 19 November 2024 and available answers will be posted in an upcoming amendment. No further questions will be accepted. 4- Site visit log from 12 November 2024 posted. Amendment 0005 is to: 1. Change the question due date to 19 November 2024, PPQ received by date to 22 November 2024, and proposal submission date to 26 November 2024. 2. Post information concerning site visit on 12 November 2024 at 10:00AM ET located in Section L INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO BIDDERS - c. Site Visit. Amendment 0004 is to: 1. Change the question due date to 05 November 2024, PPQ received by date to 08 November 2024, and proposal submission date to 12 November 2024. 2. The Seed Project under Attachment 4a is removed. The Sample Task Order is now posted under Attachment 4b SOW Laundry Plant Roof Replace. Attachment 4c Laundry Plant Roof Drawings is included to accompany the now added Sample Task Order. 3. Post answers to previously received questions. Amendment 0003 is to: 1. Change the proposal submission date from October 1, 2024, to an indefinite extension. 2.The current Seed project is now obsolete, and a new sample task order/seed project is being revised. A new proposal due date will be set once the new sample task order/seed project is completed. 3.Upon completion of new sample task order/seed project, an amendment will be issued that includes the new proposal due date, the new sample task order/seed project and responses to questions received on 15 August 2024.Amendment 0002 is to: 1. Extend to proposal due date to 01 October 2024 at 12:00pm EDT 2. Provide Attachment 6- West Point DPW Wage Determination NY20240007 3. Provide Attachment 7- West Point DPW MA TOC Site Visit Log from 08 August 2024.Amendment 0001 is to remove the following language: d. This requirement is a Competitive 8(a) set-aside for New York/ New Jersey District Offices and bonafide places of business within the geographical boundaries, from Block 10 of the SF 1442 and Only 8 (a) contractors serviced by the New York and New Jersey District Offices and 8(a) boundaries within the above-mentioned District Offices are eligible to submit offers on this requirement, on page 45 of Instruction to Offerors Title: West Point Military Academy, NY, Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) The Government intends to award a MATOC as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor new construction work as well as design-bid-build projects on real property to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at US Military Academy West Point and at Steward Army Sub Post New Windsor, NY.
