The purpose of Amendment 7 is to extended the due date for proposals from 28 September 2023 to 5 October 2023 at 12:00PM to address some administartive issues. Revised and updated Attachments are as follows: Attachment 1 - AVLE 2.0 BASE PWS_FINAL V7; and Attachment 3 - AVLE 2.0 Pricing Matrix v7. The purpose of Amendment 6 is to extended the due date for proposals from 21 September 2023 to 28 September 2023 at 12:00PM to answer industry's questions. Revised and updated Attachments are as follows: Attachment 1 - AVLE 2.0 BASE PWS_FINAL V6; Attachment 3 - AVLE 2.0 Pricing Matrix v5; and Attachment 8 - Additional Questions and Answers_15 September 2023. The purpose of Amendment 5 is to extended the due date for proposals from 23 August 2023 to 21 September 2023 at 12:00PM to answer industry's questions. An Amendment with the answers to the questions will follow. The purpose of Amendment 4 is to extended the due date for proposals from 16 August 2023 to 23 August 2023 at 12:00PM and to answer industry's questions (Attachment 8). Revised and updated Attachments are as follows: Attachment 1 - AVLE 2.0 BASE PWS_FINAL V3; Attachment 2 - AVLE 2.0 Technical - Scenario Based Technical Responses v2; Attachment 3 - AVLE 2.0 Pricing Matrix v4; Attachment 7 - Past Performance Questionnaire v2 (both Word and PDF; and Attachment 8 - Questions and Answers_10 August 2023 The purpose of Amendment 3 is to extended the due date for proposals from 9 August 2023 to 16 August 2023 at 12:00PM while we continue to address industry's questions. The purpose of Amendment 2 is to extended the due date for proposals from 26 July 2023 to 9 August 2023 at 12:00PM. The purpose of Amendment 1 was to revised Block 8 of the RFP and add FAR clause 52.204-27. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Eustis is procuring the AVLE requirement for custom Digital Information Learning Systems for the Training and Doctrine Command Army Distributed Learning Program (TADLP), Fort Eustis, VA. The Government will issue a Single Award Indefinite Deliver/ Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) with the ability to issue Task Orders (TO) with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS). Solicitation W911S023RMCTU will be utilizing a 100% 8(a) Total Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation posting includes an associated Pricing Matrix (Attachment 3). All questions must be submitted to Jayson Dillard, Jayson.l.dillard.civ@army.mil, no later than 12:00PM on 07 July 2023. Questions will not be answered if received past the submittal time.
