The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire follow-on to procure a maintenance agreement that consists of the furnishing of emergency response, and repair, as well as, scheduled preventative maintenance, services, labor, equipment, material, and travel necessary in maintaining the Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and peripheral equipment for designated facilities operated by Headquarters, Training and Doctrine Command (HQ TRADOC), Fort Eustis, VA. The required services described in the PWS support the Army’s UPS component in support of TRADOC, Secretary of the General Staff, located in Fort Eustis, VA. A comprehensive overarching maintenance agreement that would eliminate emergency situations faced with the system as these would be identified well before becoming problems. Also should an emergency arise a contract will be in place that can handle the problem immediately saving the government time and money. The service is required NLT 30 Sep 2023 and will be performed at Fort Eustis at the following location: Building 849 Joint Base Langley-Eustis (Ft. Eustis) VA, 23604 The Joint Staff organization is located in building 849 and provides support to the Warfighter that requires 24 hour 7 days a week operation. The Eaton Powerware UPS Model 9390 (Serial # EF253CAB01) with the Start-up date of Sept 2012 is required to maintain mission capability and must be 100% capable and reliable.
