Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Eustis, VA hereby posts this DRAFT Solicitation for the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), Fort Leavenworth, KS. (Please refer to W911S0-23-R-MCTP and W911S024MCTP for all updates relating to this requirement.) The DRAFT Solicitation, or DRAFT Request for Proposals (RFP), is not a formal Solicitation, but is used to gather comments and suggestions from potential Offerors prior to the release of the formal Solicitation. The DRAFT RFP is designed to reduce proposal preparation and evaluation time and promote a clearer understanding to industry of the MCTP requirement. This notice does not constitute an invitation for bids or a RFP and is not a commitment by the Government to procure services. Responses in any form are not offers, and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement. Interested parties are asked to submit questions, comments, and/or suggestions on the DRAFT documents posted. The only information in Section L pertaining to this DRAFT RFP is the due date and points of contact. The remaining information is not applicable as the Government is not requesting proposals at this time. Contractors electing to respond should address all questions, comments, and/or suggestions to Mr. Edward Wojtan, Contract Specialist, at edward.w.wojtan2.civ@army.mil and “CC” Ms. Lindsey Nicolai, Contracting Officer, at lindsey.c.nicolai.civ@army.mil.
