This is a non-personal services contract to provide both the Respondus 4.0 and LockDown Browser for the Army’s Lifelong Learning Center (Blackboard). The contractor shall provide all solutions as identified in the agreement. The contractor shall provide notice of software version upgrades, updates, and patch releases on the contractor website. Unless specified elsewhere in this contract, title to items furnished under this contract shall pass to the Government upon acceptance, regardless of when or where the Government takes physical possession.
