The reason for this amendment is to provide the new Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination, Construction Wage, and Collective Bargaining Act (CBA). Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, Virginia, will be awarding one (1) competitive 8(a) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This is a recurring requirement consisting of ten (10) Annexes, eight (8) of which have Common Levels of Support (CLS) for specific functional areas. This requirement will provide base operations (BASOPS) and support services for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Gordon, GA. These services include, but not limited to, facilities maintenance (both vertical and horizontal), unaccompanied management, refuse removal, grounds maintenance, pavement clearance, heating and cooling services, and pest management. The period of performance will be a two-month Phase-In, a ten-month Base Period, and four one-year Option Years. The applicable NAICS code is 561210 – Facilities Support Services, with a small business size standard of $41.5M. No paper copies of the solicitations will be issued.
