The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis is procuring Foreign Language Training and Training Support Services for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC), Washington Office (DLI-W), Arlington, VA. The Government will issue four (4) Single Award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with the ability to issue Task Orders (TO) with Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hours (LH), and Cost Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). All four (4) contracts will have three (3) year ordering periods. Solicitations W911S021R0010, W911S021R0012, and W911S021R0013 will be utilizing full and open competition. W911S021R0011 will be utilizing a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. Each solicitation has a specific Language Group with an associated Pricing Matrix.
