The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Eustis located at Fort Eustis, VA anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Operational Environment and Core (OE/CORE) Functions Support for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G2) located primarily at Fort Eustis, VA, and Fort Leavenworth, KS. The requirement will be solicited on an urestricted (full and open) competitive basis. The Government contemplates awarding a combination contract type of firm-fixed price (FFP) and time-and-materials (T&M) with cost contract line item numbers (CLINs) for travel and other direct costs (ODCs). The period of performance consists of a 30-day phase-in period, 11-month base period, and four (4) 12-month option periods. Please note, this is NOT a RFP; only a Presolicitation Notice. Solicitation number W911S0-19-R-0001 is currently anticipated to have an issue date on or around February 14, 2020. All offers shall be provided as specified in the solicitation. However, the Government wil... This notice is to provide an update to interested parties regarding the OE/CORE solicitation release date. We do not have an estimated release date to provide at this time. However, the Government will be releasing answers to industry's draft RFP questions and providing amended DRAFT solicitation documents in an effort to expedite the process once a solicitation has been released. This amended notice WILL NOT constitute an official solicitation release. Estimated date for release of draft RFP answers and solicitation documents is October 30th.
