The Government is seeking vendors who possess the capability to deliver a State-of-the-art “turnkey process” for training classroom technology modernization and sustainment services to support the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Combined Arms Center (CAC), Army University (ArmyU) Directorate for Learning Systems (DLS). To establish a true enterprise solution, the contractor shall provide efficient, centrally coordinated enterprise management of all functions to complete a turnkey modernized solution to include scheduling support and analysis, design, engineering, technology solutions, integration, procurement, installation and testing and quality control.
