Amendment #001 Updating PWS (See Attachment), Combined Synopsis Solicitation (See Attachment) Extend RFI and Closing Date. This is a services contract to provide renovation to the grounds of buildings 7471 and 7477, the Special Operations Mountain Warfare Training Center (SOMWTC) Climbing Tower and climbing equipment. The Government shall exercise supervision over the contract service provider performing the services herein; however, an onsite project manager is still required by the contractor. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who in turn is responsible to the Government. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to procure all materials, coordinate manpower, and conduct scheduling to ensure a timely completion during the period of performance 30 September 2025 to 31 March 2026.
