This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This combined synopsis/solicitation W911RZ-25-Q-A038 is being as RFQ. Description: 6 group training sessions, held monthly (5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and the Success Aduit Assessment) and individual coaching sessions for 23 participates each month IAW the attached PWS. POP: 29 September 2025- 27 February 2025 Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Questions are due on Tuesday, September 9th at 10:00 MST (Denver).
