Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from potential offerors. (see attachment "Amendment 3 Questions and Answers). Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date for questions, to add site visit date and time and to update PWS 1.5.4.3 "Contractor Support Hours" (see attachment "Updated PWS RNEC DC CLEANING". Site visit: Wednesday May 14, 2025, from 1300 to 1500 Mountain time (MST). Location: 6151 Specker Ave, Bldg 1550 Fort Carson, 80913. Send an email with confirmation if you will be attending the site visit. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to add the Core Data Center Drawing for RNEC building (see attachment "Core Data Center Dreawing") The Contractor shall provide a cleaning service for the Data Center at the West Region Network Enterprise Center, 6151 Specker Ave. Bldg. 1550 Fort Carson, CO 80913-4165. The facility consists of 8,515 square feet of raised floor space, encompassing five offices and one centralized switch room, all interconnected within the same raised floor area. The rooms and sq/ft are as follows: RM 1050 (5360 sq/ft), RM 1051/1051A (575 sq/ft), RM 1052 (630 sq/ft), RM 1053 (580 sq/ft), RM 1054 (650 sq/ft), and RM 1055 (720 sq/ft). Cleaning services shall be scheduled and performed annually in July. The duration of the cleaning process may extend from several days to one week. The contractor (KTR) is required to coordinate with the contracting officer's representative (COR) to arrange the specific service date and time at least two weeks in advance. Quotes must include price and description of the service for each year. (Base year and three (3) Option years). SEE PWS ATTACHED FOR MORE DETAILS SPECIALLY PART 5 FROM PWS. The Closing Date and time for this Solicitation is 16 May 2025, at 01:00 PM MST. The Offeror shall submit electronic copies of their quotation package via email with the subject line W911RZ-25-Q-A008.
