This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the service to repair, replace and paint structural features of an existing military shoot house. Replace, paint and seal exterior walls and replace roof of the shoot house/rappel tower located at Range 131C. The current exterior ¾ inch plywood sheeting and 2x6 boards on the roof are degraded due to weather. The exterior walls will be replaced with new ¾ inch pressure treated plywood and painted. The roof will be replaced with new 2x6 boards then decked with ¾ inch pressure treated plywood and sealed with rubber roof membrane to prevent water from entering structure. Shoot house is located on Range 131C on Fort Carson, Colorado. Reference attached combine synopsis with PWS for additional details.
