Amendment One Dated: 22 February 2022 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the quote due date to 08:00 AM (Mountain Time) on 24 February 2022 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for Solicitation Number W911RZ-22-Q-0008. The 918th Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), located in Fort Carson, Colorado Springs, CO, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to Squad Advanced Marksmanship Training (SAMT). SAMT is designated as the semi-immersive individual and collective weapon skill development training capability to meet the Army’s current Integrated Weapon Training Strategies (IWTS) to facilitate unit readiness. SAMT facilitates the use of Soldier cognitive functions to include rapid decision making and target acquisition in stressful situations. This contract is being solicited for base year period of performance (POP): 01 March 2022 through 28 February 2023; with an option of 12 months. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS Code: 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R412 Support-Professional: Simulation. This acquisition is being procured as a Full and Open Competition (Unrestricted).
