Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order for Certified Athletic Training Support Services and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Services to be performed at Fort Carson. The contract will be written for a base year plus two one-year option periods. The Base Year period of performance (POP) is 30 September 2020 through 29 May 2021 (8 months), Option Year OY 1 from 30 May 2021 through 29 May 2022 (12 months) and Option Year 2 from 30 May 2022 through 29 May 2023 (12 months). ***Deadline extended to 17 August. Failure to complete and return 52.204?24 will result in the proposal determined to be non?responsible and rejected. If a contractor response I "will" in paragraph (d)(1) or "does" in paragraph (d)(2) the contractor shall be required to provide the information cited in the revised 52.204?24 with their proposal.
