Once designed and agreed by the Government representative, panels are to be produced in accordance with (IAW) the terms of this SOW. Panels will then be delivered to Fort Carson Military Training Complex and installed in the lobby. Vendor must provide the overall design, layout, fabrication, graphic production, delivery and installation of a Modeling and Simulation Timeline which will serve as the centerpiece of the Lobby. There is a total of four (4) pictures to be designed, produced, delivered and installed
