The Fort Carson DPW requires a broad range of non-personal base operations and maintenance services in support of the Fort Carson mission. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, materials, supplies, labor, and equipment, except that specified herein as Government-furnished, necessary to accomplish all required maintenance and repair to facilities, structures, buildings, and utilities that are classified as real property, to include installed building equipment as defined in Army Regulation (AR) 420-1, Army Facilities Management in support of the Director of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Carson and Pinion Canyon Maneuver Site (PCMS).
