This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference solicitation number is W911RZ-19-Q-0038 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, Effective 22 Jan 2019 and DPN 20190215 Effective 15 February 2019. Please see attached Solicitation document W911RZ19Q0038 and Exhibit A Staffing Plan. The Site visit at Building 9439 Warfighter DFAC, Fort Carson is scheduled for 18 April 2019 at 8:00 AM. Offerors must RSVP by email the number of representatives attending the site visit, their full names and date of birth no later than 2PM 17 April 2019.
