PWS has been updated to reflect non-denominational services instead of Protestant services. Questions have been extended 4 December at 1300 MST. See attachement 1- Attachment 1 W911RZ-25-Q-0003 Chapel Music Services Updated. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Chapel Music Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as an RFQ. This will be awarded to 100% Small Business Set Aside. The contractor shall provide weekly music services on Wednesdays for 1 hour (52 hours per year) at Evan Army Community Hospital on Fort Carson, CO and up to 10 additional hours are authorized for preapproved special services per year. The contractor must be able to play the piano/organ for the designated Wednesday Non-denominational Worship Services at Healer Chapel. Services include accompany singing of hymns, choruses, and spiritual songs; perform prelude, postlude, offertory, and background for meditation and prayers that enhances the atmosphere or worship for this congregation. The Contractor shall accomplish appropriate organ/piano/keyboard music playing IAW the PWS. See attached PWS. The period of performance: 3 January 2025- 2 January 2030.
