This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for service to install a Digital Wayfinding System in Evans Army Community Hospital. The system will assist patients, visitors, and staff in navigating to various locations within the main hospital campus and to clinics across Fort Carson. The system will be comprised of a wayfinding software that will display 3-D directions and office information that will operate on hardware, including (7) 32-inch touchscreens and (3) 65-inch touchscreens strategically placed throughout the building. The entire system must operate on a platform capable of supporting 10G (gigabits per second) data transfer speeds. This will be awarded as 100% Small Business. Site Visit: The Government intends on conducting one in-person site visit and highly recommends that all contractors registered in SAM.gov attend all site visits. Site visits will be conducted prior to the submission of quotes. Visit https://home.army.mil/carson/ for current post access procedures. It is the responsibility of the contractors to ensure post access and adherence to site visit location and times identified in the request for quote. The day of the site visit will be 02 July 2024 at 2:30 PM MST at Evans Army Community Hospital, 1650 Cochrane Cir, Fort Carson, CO 80913.
