Combined Synopsis Solicitation MEDDAC Hydroseed Requirement W911RZ-24-Q-0020 This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This non-personal services contract will fulfill MEDDAC’s objective to repair the damaged grounds surrounding the helipad at Evans Army Community Hospital at 1650 Cochrane Cir, Fort Carson, CO 80913 by restoring vegetation, stabilizing the soil, and preventing erosion. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, any other items, and non-personal services to Hydroseed approximately 53,000 square foot (sf) area with native Colorado grasses and tackifier in accordance with the specifications if the associated Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall provide sufficient hydroseeding ground coverage as to immediately stabilize the soil and in which will result a well-seeded lawn with few or no bare spots. Hydroseeding shall not be applied to any surface other than the ground. Overspray onto concrete surfaces, rock, utility covers, storm drains, etc. shall be prevented. Contractor shall perform all work to prepare the site for hydroseed application. Solicitation number W911RZ-24-Q-0020 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. Funds in this case have already been made available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation before or after the closing date. If the Government cancels this solicitation; the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror(s) any cost.
