This is a non-personal service(s) contractthe contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE) Rec 1, 2, and Backcountry snowmobile mentorship in multiple locations / training locations. As defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Services will be performed by a certified American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE) snowmobile guide. In addition to the AIARE certification, the Colorado parks and wildlife snowmobile safety instructor certified in order to utilize Colorado National/State Forest parks for training locations. All goals and objectives for this contract will need to be conducted in a manner that is transferable to military special operations, which consists of but not limited to, conducting mobility training in low light conditions while utilizing night vision devices over snowy terrain.
