This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the rental of One (1) Scissor Lift capable of extended platform height of 20-Feet. The Lift must run off either fuel or electricity. If operating on fuel, the lift must be able to run off Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD). If operating off electricity, the contractor will provide a generator or charging source that can run off of ULSD. The contractor shall perform to the standards of the contract. **Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
