This combined synopsis is for the rental / lease of 561 portable latrines and 105 handwash stations with associated maintenance, cleaning services, and customer service support. The contractor shall delivery the type and quantity of toiletries as outlined in the PWS for the dates required. The latrines and hand wash stations should be able to withstand climate like that of Fort Irwin, California, and the National Training Center (NTC). All additional components of the items must be operational. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to meet this requirement and shall perform to the standards in this contract *Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
